First time doing SHR and brightening effect with a package of $68 for 12 sessions. But sadly, it's not effective/visible result as ice blast that they are selling with a price of $288 per session. GIVE IT A TRY BUT CAME BACK WITH OLD MINI HAIRS BEFORE GOING THERE:( They warned ahead but wanting to go for SHR instead. So take note of this whoever going for SHR package.

I want to take this time to just share and appreciate the therapist who did my facial for me, the Premium Glow with deep cleansing was amazing, the extraction was very gentle and extremely thorough all my black and white heads are gone, also I had some milia seeds which were also removed! My face has never felt so clean and shiny, I don't usually write reviews but I must say that this has got to be one of the best facials I have had, want to appreciate Elaine for helping me quickly book my appt, her quick responses to my requests makes my appointment booking very easy and waiting time was very short! Love the cozy and comfortable environment, the Therapist Sherlyn really took time to do my cleaning of my face, my skin is so smooth and clean now that I can even feel the difference when i was washing my face, the Premium Glow makes my face super smooth and shiny, the machine gliding over the cool gel on my face and the masks almost made me fell asleep, there were a lot of steps in this treatment i must say this is facial is really worth it. I've tried Mirage Aesthetic at Westgate. Initially they were really friendly and welcoming. Over time, their service quality deteriorated. The customised facial that they promised at the start became a routine facial session. Service consultant did not follow up with how they plan to treat my spots. The followup came when my package was ending. They tried selling me another package. At the end of my package, I decided not to continue with them as their treatment was not effective at all.

I found Mirage through an instagram advert for a 10-session package of Brazilian super hair removal for around 100 dollars. On my first visit they tried to sell me a completely different product for 200 dollars a session, i said no. Good thing I did because the quality of their service is so bad. They do the Brazilian SHR for less than one minute, and it isn't even a Brazilian because they don't do the butt area. The laser power is so low that it doesn't have any hair removal effects. Spend a bit more money and go to another spa like Bon Aesthetic for proper results. Two stars because the girls are nice.

Bought ice hair removal package from Mirage. Here is my honest opinions after 2 years:Pro:- it works for my legs (6 sessions in total). Expensive but it still works even after 2 years.- arm - did 12 sessions in total but hair grew back after 1 year. Underarm got lighter in color.Cons:- very pushy sales consultant(s). Dreaded to come here every session. I was so relieved when I finished my last session with them. Sales consultant wanted to sell me more shortly after signing package (3 to 4 k) (arm and leg)???- waiting time. There were times the rooms weren't ready by the appointment time. I had to wait up to 10 mins.- poor sound proof rooms. Could overhear staff laughter and conversation throughout my treatment. Really spoiled my mood. There was once I could overhear the entire convo between the sales consultant and customer.- INCENTIVITED Google reviews. After signing my package, the sale consultant told me that if I write a review on them so that I could get a free starbucks gift card (I don't remember the actual amount). That was the time I knew the reviews were inflated.- aesthetic of the place looks ugly outdated with all FAKE plants around at the ceiling, on the walls, etc.- staff looks uninterested and unwelcoming. There were times after booking my appointment, the staff continue to look at their monitors and talking to each other ignored the fact I was still here and forgot to walk me to the door. ??? Staff really needs proper training seriously.To sum up, package was expensive and treatment was useful to certain extent but the whole experience with them was bad.To management, instead of spending a lot of money on influencers and adveristments, why not invest in your customers by giving them more promotions and provide training to your staff?
Consultant PRISCILLA super hard sell I already said no many times. But she kept forcing me to continue for maintenance after finishing the package. Then she said if I don't get today then she won't offer me at this price anymore. I already told her I'm a bit tight and need some time to think but she said must make decision today. Maybe it's not her fault? Maybe it's the company policy fault? I don't know. I just don't think it's very nice to have such kind of rules where customers have to make decision on the day itself other wise the price changes. We are already paying so much but I was forced to make the decision on the spot.
Went here and i was greated by Lynda. She is very thoughtful and friendly. Love that she registered me and asked me if i need any water. She came back with aloe vera and warm hand towel that i really impressed with. She also explain the various services they provide and i love the SHR package due to the affordability! Afterwhich Sherly assist me with the SHR and she is very cautious. The service is fast and efficient. 💯 recommend! Thankyouu all

The service is good . I signed up for teeth whitening basic LED. However , I received zero result . Not even 1 shade lighter . Very disappointed . I was told that , I need to go for 6 sessions to achieve better result . 6? …. My dentist don’t even recommend me to go for more than 1 session per year.Even the therapist couldn’t really explain and answer the zero result I getting. I feel like a scam or just a marketing gimmick. My take home kits from a proper dental clinic did a better job, then this in-house whitening . Really 一分钱一分货。

Worst experience ever. Signed a package of hair removal. The beauticians didn't perform each treatment properly. Literally 10seconds ended whole session. Some times they will complete the session properly, depending on which beautician and their mood. They don't care if you removed hair properly or not. Simply apply the machine on you. Let's not forget, I sign their 12sessions SHR and after 12 session, no effect at all, which is surprisingly failed.Had another hair removal package at other place and I can compare the service right immediately.
I have been going to the Westgate outlet for Ice Plus and I find treatment to be pretty effective with finer and reduced hair growth. Consultant Priscilla is professional with her recommendations and treatment with Jassie is smooth and quick and she’s gentle and meticulous always checking in throughout the session. Would recommend to try out the ice plus treatment if you have low pain tolerance and would like to try out hair removal.

Went for my first trial treatment-Hydra facial. The consultant assisted on the consultation and she told me advices on how to take care of my skin. Personally I have not very good experience with facial elsewhere but she promised me that I will definitely love the results after the session therefore I went ahead to give it a try. My therapist was gentle. Her skills were very good as well as thorough. Went for the ICE PLUS hair removal at Mirage and have to commend staff Tina and Jessi especially for their wonderful hospitality. Jessi was very patient with explaining the treatment which was painless! Also love the clean and relaxing ambience of the Westgate outlet... I would definitely consider going back for more sessions 😁
Tried their Advanced Teeth Whitening treatment and saw visible results! Although still require a few more treatments to meet my desired results, I am satisfied with what was achieved after the first session. Consultant Soffyia and Teresa were professional during the entire treatment process and I will definitely come back here again. Great environment and service! 🙂

Was told by their consultant that she did not have much time with me as another customer is waiting for her, while I was clarifying some doubts with her to sign their new package or not. It was only 10 mins into the conversation. If she did not have the time for me, she could assign another consultant to speak to me, I’m more than happy to. Makes me wonder is the consultant sincere in resolving my issue or is the consultant just impatient in closing the deal? Makes me wonder am I not their customer as well? Services provided by the therapists have been great always, hope that mirage could train your consultants on customer service more.
Priscilla was so attentive to my teething needs and she recommended the necessary treatments. She even threw in some free facials! Overall, satisfied with the outcome and the service given by the team. Thank you!
Very first experience of doing facial here was great! Did the BB Glow facial and the results were obvious even for the first session! Staffs Jasmine who did my facial and Kelly who introduced me to the process were friendly and nice and not hard selling too. They also gave tips on how to maintain my skincare.100% recommend!

Loved the experience! A place that offers you the packages but doesn’t hard sell is hard to come by. The treatment was very well explained by Angie, unlike any other I’ve been to and treat itself was done professional way and Lily made sure I felt comfortable throughout.
Priscilla consulted me about my skin and was very patient about my questions. She was also not forceful about the treatment. Janice helped to do my facial and she was very gentle and friendly. Highly recommend.

Personally I have not very good experiences on facial treatments but Angie understood on my concerns and genuinely helped me customised a package suitable for me to give them a chance.Qiqi helped me with the treatment and the facial treatment I did was different from the ones I used to do. I am surprised by the results, my face look slightly better.They are professional and will share their knowledge of proper skin care.
