Appointments
Walk-ins are generally not accepted, and advance appointment booking is required to ensure availability.
Mirage Aesthetic reserves the right to turn away walk-in customers if all slots are fully booked.
To secure your preferred time, we recommend booking in advance.
For all appointments:
It is our policy to give you a Call/SMS a day in advanced to remind you of your appointment.
Do confirm your appointment with us and if needed, it will be advised to reschedule at that time.
Cancellations
A reminder whatsapp/call will be given to you by our Customer Service officer 12 hours prior to your appointment for confirmation.
We understand that there may be changes to your schedule, kindly inform us at 6797 2100 at least 12 hours’ in advance if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
Should you need to cancel your appointment, kindly inform us at 6797 2100 at least 12 hours in advance.
Any cancellation after your confirmation will be regarded as Last Minute Cancellation. For Last-Minute Cancellation or no-show, there will be a charge of the full session of your appointment.
Arrivals
Kindly arrive 10 minutes ahead of your appointment to allow us to pamper you with a drink of your choice and get into the mood with a relaxing hot towel.
As a courtesy to others, please note that if you arrive late, you may choose to receive the treatment for the remaining time booked or an alternative treatment if available. Late arrivals of more than 30 minutes will be regarded as No-Show and appointment will be cancelled automatically.
Consultation Charges
First time consultation below 30 mins Free of Charge
First time consultation above 30 mins $60 (before GST)
Should you come back within a month from the first consultation, the $60 consultation fee (if incurred) will be credited back into your account.
Age Criteria
The minimum age to undergo any treatment is 16 years old.

All body treatments are not permitted

Important Health Declaration
For all customers, to ensure your safety and the best treatment outcomes, we kindly ask that you inform us of your current health condition prior to proceeding with any treatment.
Gift Certificates and Discount Vouchers
Gift certificates for treatments and programmes are available. Certificates and vouchers must be presented upon payment and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Pricing/Payment
For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Atome, Grabpay, Nets and Cash payment. Prices are subject to change without prior notices and are subject to prevailing GST, unless otherwise stated.
First-timer promotions and treatment programmes are strictly valid for Singaporeans, Permanent Residents (PRs), and valid pass holders (including EP, SP, WP, and DP).
Customers who do not hold any valid long-term passes (i.e. tourists) will be charged based on the standard ala carte pricing or in-house promotions, if applicable at the time of visit.
