Appointments
Advance reservation is recommended to secure your preferred therapist and time slot.
For all appointments:
It is our policy to give you a Call/SMS a day in advanced to remind you of your appointment.
Do confirm your appointment with us and if needed, it will be advised to reschedule at that time.
Cancellations
A reminder whatsapp/call will be given to you by our Customer Service officer 12 hours prior to your appointment for confirmation.
We understand that there may be changes to your schedule, kindly give 6 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
Should you need to cancel your appointment, kindly inform us at 6262 3358 (Raffles City Shopping Centre) / 6266 0228 (Westgate) / 6721 9028 (Scotts Square) / 6970 0488 (Vivo City) or drop us a text at 9638 3358 (Raffles City Shopping Centre) / 8811 1048 (Westgate) / 8855 0303 (Scotts Square) / 8822 3977 (Vivo City) at least 6 hours in advance.
Any cancellation after your confirmation will be regarded as Last Minute Cancellation. For Last-Minute Cancellation or no-show, there will be a charge of the full session of your appointment.
Arrivals
Kindly arrive 10 minutes ahead of your appointment to allow us to pamper you with a drink of your choice and get into the mood with a relaxing hot towel.
As a courtesy to others, please note that if you arrive late, you may choose to receive the treatment for the remaining time booked or an alternative treatment if available. Late arrivals of more than 30 minutes will be regarded as No-Show and appointment will be cancelled automatically.
Consultation Charges
First time consultation below 30 mins Free of Charge
First time consultation above 30 mins $60 (before GST)
Should you come back within a month from the first consultation, the $60 consultation fee (if incurred) will be credited back into your account.
Gift Certificates and Discount Vouchers
Gift certificates for treatments and programmes are available. Certificates and vouchers must be presented upon payment and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Atome, Grabpay, Nets and Cash payment. Prices are subject to change without prior notices and are subject to prevailing GST, unless otherwise stated.
