CFU Èlife technology is an advancement of the HIFU technology that utilizes centred focused ultrasound. Compared to traditional HIFU, CFU Èlife drastically reduces the treatment time by using the new EASYFLOW application method and by modulating the ultrasound emission frequency up to 10Hz.

The principle of CFU Èlife is to induce cellular damage and volume reduction of the target area selectively, without damaging surrounding skin and tissue. The mechanism of skin tightening by CFU Èlife is mostly based on heat-stimulated collagen production in the dermis and collagen contraction of the superficial musculoaponeurotic system (SMAS).

What Happens To The Fat Cells After The Treatment With CFU ELIFE?

The affected fat cells give rise to an inflammatory reaction that triggers a healing process. Cells called macrophages remove damaged fat cells and cell debris. Macrophages transport fat through the lymphatic and venous systems to the liver. This process takes about 2-4 weeks.
