- Any promotion is limited to one redemption per customer.
- Treatment must be utilized within 60 days of the purchase date.
- Photo identification may be required for verification.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, privileges or packages.
- All sales are final and non-refundable.
- In the event that customers purchase more than one promotion, only one promotion will be valid and the remainder will be converted into credits for use of Mirage Aesthetic treatment or product only.
- Customers consent to the use of your personal data for marketing purposes, including but not limited to the use of your telephone number and email address, to contact you about the service and promotion that you have signed up for via telephone, SMS or email. Such consent will supersede any prior choices made by you. Such consent will also prevail even if you are registered or subsequently register your contact information with the national Do Not Call Registry.

- Your well-being is our priority. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions (such as diabetes, lupus), please inform us, as certain treatments may not be suitable for you.
The management reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion and bears the final decision in the event of dispute.
